GoCamp offers two different types of VW Eurovans – what are called “Campers” and “Weekenders.” Both styles have the fun pop top. The big difference relates to how the space in the main cabin is used. Campers have a little kitchenette inside the van that includes a sink, 12 gallons of water capacity, a two-burner gas stove, and either a small fridge or a cooler.
For spring break this year we headed to the deserts of Southern California, which recently exploded in what is being called a “Super Bloom” of wildflower blossoms. The bloom is so super, in fact, you can apparently see it from space. We just wanted to see it from our camper van.
When the rains come in Oregon, lots of long timers know to head east to Leslie Gulch for some sunshine and dry weather. That’s exactly what Andrew and Remy did with the GoCamp camper van called Rogue One last spring. It worked like a charm. Not only did they get dry weather, they got magical landscapes as well.
Here we share the backstory and inspiration for how and why GoCamp was born. For those of you looking for an adventure, we’re here to help make camping easy. And for those of you with a well-maintained camper van, we’re here to help you earn a little extra money when you aren’t using your van. Welcome to GoCamp.
