Have a Grand Time in the Grand Ronde

A river in Eastern Oregon, the Grand Ronde is known as a fly fishing paradise. You can make your own paradise in just about any location when traveling in the Grand Ronde, a 2002 Eurovan Camper. The owner of this vehicle is an avid camper and AirBnB super host, so has anticipated your every need.

This is the “Camper” version of the Eurovan; it has the kitchenette (sink, two burner stove, and small cooler) and sleeps four people in two full sized beds (two up in the pop top, two below). The Grand Ronde also has a propane powered heater for those chilly fall and winter nights, making this van a great option for cold weather camping.

Beyond the basics, you’ll find the van stocked with Oregon treats to enhance your road trip in Oregon, or where ever your travels take you. This van is great for families, couples or friends — really it would be hard not to have a grand time in the van called Grand Ronde. Give it a try.

Pick Up and Drop Off

Rentals are Calculated on a 24-hour Basis: The rental period is generally considered to be 24 hours. If you pick up the van at 10 am, you’ll be expected to return it around 10 am. Most van owners can accommodate requests for a few extra hours at $20/hour. Alternatively, if you want to pick up in the morning and drop off in the evening, simply select the optional half day add-on when completing your reservation.

Pick Up and Drop Off Time: There is no set pick up and drop off time. You’ll make arrangements suited to your needs and schedule with the van’s owner. You can indicate your preferred pick up and drop off time when completing your reservation; final arrangements will be confirmed with the van’s owner.

Insurance

GoCamp's insurance coverage includes $1 million in liability to the renter, $1 million in liability to the van owner, and comp and collision coverage up to $125,000. Coverage costs $32.50/day and is required as part of the rental.

Roadside Assistance

We make 24-hour roadside assistance available for $15 a day. Coverage includes unlimited: towing, flat tire assistance, emergency fluids delivery, battery boost, and a mobile mechanic. Many van owners require 24-hour roadside assistance as part of the rental. Where coverage is mandatory, you must either purchase our policy, or show proof of comparable coverage (such as AAA PLUS or PREMIER).

Mileage

125 miles per day is included in every rental. Additional miles are charged at 35 cents per mile. For example, on a four-night rental, you will have 500 free miles. If you traveled 600 miles, you would pay an additional $35 at the end of your trip.

Security Deposit

You’ll pay a security deposit of $1,000 two days before your rental starts. The security deposit is returned, less any additional fees, usually no more than 7 days after you return.

  • Cancellation Policy

You can cancel the vehicle for a full refund, less a 5% service fee, up to 30 days prior to the rental. If you cancel with less than 30 days prior to the rental, you will receive a refund for 50% of the rental fee.

Cancellations must be made in writing. We are unable to offer refunds for shortened trips if for some reason (e.g. weather, change in schedule) you return the vehicle early. GoCamp reserves the right to cancel a reservation at our discretion if we feel that the rental would not be safe (e.g. a renter shows up intoxicated, a hurricane is expected along the coast and you are determined to go surfing, etc.). If GoCamp cancels the rental you will receive a full refund.
