Make Memories in Marin Mountaineer
Go see all that California has to offer in this 1995 Eurovan Camper. The Golden Gate Bridge, Big Sur, Yosemite, wine country … hit the highway and cross some of those iconic California destinations off your list. Marin Mountaineer’s owner, Jim, loves nothing more than playing tour guide, so be sure to ask him for suggestions on what to do and where to go. He’ll help you create an itinerary you’ll remember for ages.
And the Marin Mountaineer is just the van to make those memories in. He seats and sleeps four with two in the pop top and two in the bottom bunk. When it isn’t a bed, the bottom bunk is a bench seat that you can sit on with the doors open watching the world outside go by. Sunsets, the surf coming in … whatever the view, this home on wheels will provide a comfy vantage point. Close those sliding doors when you want to use the propane powered heater. 😉
The kitchen comes complete with everything you need to cook up a feast; there’s a sink, small fridge and two-burner propane stove. All the pots, pans, silverware, dish ware, etc. that you could possibly need are also included. It’s all there for you.
Marin Mountaineer is a 5 speed VW manual transmission professionally paired to a TDI 4 cylinder Diesel engine. Drivers should be comfortable with a stick shift and familiar with the power nuances of manual shift, low torque turbo diesel engines. Sound like you? 🚐 ✌🏼 ☀️
Marin Mountaineer averages 30+ MPG and has approximately 20 k miles on the new diesel conversion. He’s ready and waiting for you!

Updated as of March 2020. In light of concerns related to traveling during the novel coronavirus outbreak, we are waiving all cancellation and change fees. Whether you can cancel or change your camper van trip if you need to is something you can take off your worry list. We hope this situation ends soon, and we also hope you are able to get a break from it all in a camper van.
We will revert to our standard cancellation policy at a later time.
