Safety and reliability of Mercedes without the size or cost of a Sprinter!
This 2016 Mercedes-Benz Metris makes for the perfect, reliable camper van. It comes with a full kitchenette including fridge, fresh and grey water sink, camp stove and is stocked with all the essentials. There is tons of mid cabin storage below a full sized bed (74″x54″) with a memory foam mattress that can be converted to a couch for relaxing in style. The van is completely off grid with a full solar set up which powers the fridge, vent fan, interior lighting, USB chargers and standard electrical plugs.
The passenger chair swivels around to open to the main cabin and create a huge indoor space to eat, take shelter or just hang out. Camp chairs, blackout curtains, leveling pads and camping fuel is included so you won’t need a thing in this 2 person home on wheels. The van turns on a dime, gets 25 MPG and uses regular unleaded gas to keep the costs on the road to a minimum. You get all the safety and reliability of Mercedes without the size or cost of a Sprinter!
The owner Zack is a great, easygoing guy who did the build out himself. So if you are contemplating doing your own, this is a great van to rent to see some great materials choices, talk through design challenges, etc.

Updated as of March 2020. In light of concerns related to traveling during the novel coronavirus outbreak, we are waiving all cancellation and change fees. Whether you can cancel or change your camper van trip if you need to is something you can take off your worry list. We hope this situation ends soon, and we also hope you are able to get a break from it all in a camper van.
We will revert to our standard cancellation policy at a later time.
