Outside Inn is a custom-built Ford Transit camper van made to scratch your itch for adventure. You’ll be a camp champ and ready to roam when you rent Outside Inn. This van is what we like to call “hop in and go” ready, so you’ll have everything you need to venture out on the vancation of your dreams!
This van can seat up to four people thanks to the optional second row of seats. Or opt to remove those rear seats to open up the living area and maximize space. Additionally, the super-comfortable, queen-size bed will send you off to Dreamland without delay. There’s also plenty of storage space to stash your stuff in the “gear garage” under the bed, or in the overhead bins.

There are a few other fun features to enjoy, as well: Firstly, because of the lithium batteries on board as well as shore power hookups, you’ll have plenty of power during your trip. Secondly, there are bedside USB charging ports so your devices can stay as amped as you are. And lastly (but certainly not least) the Webasto heater will keep you cozy and warm when the cold temps outside try to sneak in. All of these luxurious features mean you’ll be taking the comforts of home on the road with you when you rent Outside Inn.
This van is ready for anything thanks to its 4×4 capabilities. No need to settle for a boring campsite when you can explore more in this hotel room on wheels. Get outside and stay as long as you’d like!

Hop in and Go
All vans are considered “road trip ready.” Whether you are flying in from out of town or looking to explore your own backyard, all you really need to do is stop for groceries before hitting the road. All cookware and tableware is included, as is bedding and a wide array of camping gear. You’ll be sent a detailed list of all the items included in the van before your trip so you can plan accordingly. Select any of the optional add-ons listed below when completing your reservation.

Pick Up and Drop Off
Rentals are Calculated on a 24-hour Basis: The rental period is generally considered to be 24 hours. If you pick up the van at 10 am, you’ll be expected to return it around 10 am. Most van owners can accommodate requests for a few extra hours at $20/hour. Alternatively, if you want to pick up in the morning and drop off in the evening, simply select the optional half day add-on when completing your reservation.
Pick Up and Drop Off Time: There is no set pick up and drop off time. You’ll make arrangements suited to your needs and schedule with the van’s owner. You can indicate your preferred pick up and drop off time when completing your reservation; final arrangements will be confirmed with the van’s owner.

Cancellation Policy
Standard cancellation policy: You can reschedule your trip one time in the same van with no penalty up to 48 hours prior to the rental. Requests to reschedule a trip a second time will incur a 5% rescheduling fee. You can cancel your reservation for a full refund, less a 5% service fee, up to 14 days prior to the rental. If you cancel less than 14 days prior to the rental, you will receive a refund for 50% of the rental fee. Cancellations must be made in writing. We are unable to offer refunds for shortened trips if for some reason (e.g. weather, change in schedule) you return the vehicle early. If we cancel the reservation you will receive a full refund.
One-way trip cancellation policy: One-way trips cannot be rescheduled. You can cancel your reservation for a full refund, less a 5% service fee, up to 30 days prior to the rental. If you cancel 15 – 29 days prior to the rental, you will forfeit 100% of the one-way fee and receive a full refund on the remaining reservation line items, less a 5% service fee. If you cancel less than 14 days prior to the rental, you will forfeit 100% of the one-way fee and receive a refund for 50% of the remaining rental fees. Cancellations must be made in writing.
