LOVING THIS BUS IS EASY

The license plate on this Eurovan Camper reads “LVDABUS,” and loving this bus is easy. She’ll have you wrapped around her finger in no time.

This van is so easy to travel in and it’s lots of fun too! It’s a 1999 Eurovan Camper that is in excellent condition and gets around 18 miles to the gallon. It drives like any van, yet it is equipped with everything you need! There is a built in sink and two burner stove. There is a mini-fridge with plenty of room that is kept cold with ice. The rear bench seat transforms into a very comfortable bed for 2 (with an added foam topper) and the top pops up to make a second bed for two (with bug screens on both sides and front). The windows have screens to allow for air flow and privacy curtains all around.

Both front seats are super comfortable with adjustable armrests and lumbar support and they rotate to face the rear, turning the van’s interior into a room. There is a table for four that fits between the four seats. There is closet space for clothes and cupboard space for food. Dishes, towels and linens are all included. There are shades on the windows, as well as a privacy curtain for the windshield. For outdoor use there is an awning, outdoor rinse off shower, small table and portable chairs.

The auxiliary battery powers the lights and can charge your phones, computer, etc. The battery automatically charges whenever the van runs or is plugged into shore power. There is a bluetooth stereo, dual front airbags, anti-lock brakes and front wheel drive traction control. Finally, this van has a VR6 engine with 201-horsepower, plenty of umph.

Pick Up and Drop Off

Rentals are Calculated on a 24-hour Basis: The rental period is generally considered to be 24 hours. If you pick up the van at 10 am, you’ll be expected to return it around 10 am. Most van owners can accommodate requests for a few extra hours at $20/hour. Alternatively, if you want to pick up in the morning and drop off in the evening, simply select the optional half day add-on when completing your reservation.

Pick Up and Drop Off Time: There is no set pick up and drop off time. You’ll make arrangements suited to your needs and schedule with the van’s owner. You can indicate your preferred pick up and drop off time when completing your reservation; final arrangements will be confirmed with the van’s owner.

Location

Insurance

Insurance coverage includes $1 million in liability to the renter, $1 million in liability to the van owner, and comp and collision coverage up to $125,000. Coverage costs $32.50/day and is required as part of the rental.

Roadside Assistance

We make 24-hour roadside assistance available for $15 a day. Coverage includes unlimited: towing, flat tire assistance, emergency fluids delivery, battery boost, and a mobile mechanic. Many van owners require 24-hour roadside assistance as part of the rental. Where coverage is mandatory, you must either purchase our policy, or show proof of comparable coverage (such as AAA PLUS or PREMIER).

Mileage

125 miles per day is included in every rental. Additional miles are charged at 35 cents per mile. For example, on a four-night rental, you will have 500 free miles. If you traveled 600 miles, you would pay an additional $35 at the end of your trip.

Security Deposit

You’ll pay a security deposit of $1,000 two days before your rental starts. The security deposit is returned, less any additional fees, usually no more than 7 days after you return.

  • Cancellation Policy

Updated as of March 2020. In light of concerns related to traveling during the novel coronavirus outbreak, we are waiving all cancellation and change fees. Whether you can cancel or change your camper van trip if you need to is something you can take off your worry list. We hope this situation ends soon, and we also hope you are able to get a break from it all in a camper van.

We will revert to our standard cancellation policy at a later time.
