Take Roy’s Ride on the Road
Roy’s Ride is a 1995 Eurovan Camper that has been meticulously maintained its whole life. Roy’s Ride is happiest on the road going to his beloved Oregon Cascades. In fact he’ll almost drive there himself he’s been so many times he knows the way; just point and go. But really Roy’s Ride will be happy to take you where ever YOU desire – as long as there are hikes, rivers, lakes, beaches and beautiful mountains. We’re sure you won’t disappoint him with your trip destination! 😉
Roy’s Ride’s owner, Virginia, is one of the nicest ladies you’ll meet in Oregon. The van is full of memories that she and her husband, Roy, used to take in the van with their young children. Now that everyone is grown up, nothing gives Virginia more pleasure than seeing the family van get used.
And making good use of this great van is easy. Your own kids will love the pop top and its comfy bed, while parents can sleep in the bottom bunk. Bring Rover if you like; pets are welcome in Roy’s Ride. All the camping, sleeping, cooking, and eating gear you could possibly want is included. And if it gets chilly at night there is a propane heater to keep everyone toasty and warm. Roy’s Ride also has an awning to shade out the sun or provide a dry spot if it rains.
Roy’s Ride is a manual transmission, so you’ll want to be comfortable driving stick shift. And we sure hope you are, because this van drives like a dream! [Like knowing where to put the stamp on an old-fashioned letter, being able to drive stick shift is a life skill worth having. Perhaps this van will inspire you to finally learn!]
Eurovans have cruise control and typically are more car-like than van-like; you’ll feel right at home in this home on wheels. Roy’s Ride is perfect for two people, or double the fun with a family of four. Either way, Roy’s Ride (and Virginia!) can’t wait to meet you.

Pick Up and Drop Off
Rentals are Calculated on a 24-hour Basis: The rental period is generally considered to be 24 hours. If you pick up the van at 10 am, you’ll be expected to return it around 10 am. Most van owners can accommodate requests for a few extra hours at $20/hour. Alternatively, if you want to pick up in the morning and drop off in the evening, simply select the optional half day add-on when completing your reservation.
Pick Up and Drop Off Time: There is no set pick up and drop off time. You’ll make arrangements suited to your needs and schedule with the van’s owner. You can indicate your preferred pick up and drop off time when completing your reservation; final arrangements will be confirmed with the van’s owner.

You can cancel the vehicle for a full refund, less a 5% service fee, up to 30 days prior to the rental. If you cancel with less than 30 days prior to the rental, you will receive a refund for 50% of the rental fee.
Cancellations must be made in writing. We are unable to offer refunds for shortened trips if for some reason (e.g. weather, change in schedule) you return the vehicle early. If GoCamp cancels the rental you will receive a full refund.
