Sprinters that seat and sleep four people are relatively rare, but the Charlton was built by a home builder to accommodate his family. For you that means the interior is exquisite, and there is room for everybody.
You name it, this 2017 Sprinter van has it. Completely off the grid capable, the Charlton includes solar and electric everything. You could go for weeks without needing to recharge. Custom cabinetry will make you the envy of the campground and in the interior every little detail is dialed in to perfection. A 22 gallon fresh water tank provides water to the sink and an outdoor shower for rinsing off after a long hot day. Ceiling vents and fans keep the cabin cool on those hot days, while a diesel powered heater keeps you cozy on cold nights.
The kitchen is spacious and includes an oversized fridge that’ll stay reliably cold throughout your journey. A pull drawer cutting board provides extra counter space or a place to slice bread and chop vegetables for a meal. The dining area seats four comfortably, though you could easily invite some new campground friends over for dinner as well.
The lower bed platform is very spacious for two people — essentially a king size (76″ long x 69″ wide). If you are traveling with kids, you can create a top bunk with a full size bed (49″ x 67″), perfect for siblings or best friends.
Car seats fit comfortably in the back row, there is a hitch for attaching bike racks as needed, and coat hooks in the main cabin help keep your gear out of the way. A portable toilet tucks into the base of the bench seat. The scene is perfectly set. All you have to do is pack your bags and plan your adventure! And do you need help with that? All vans are considered “road trip ready.” Whether you are flying in from out of town or looking to explore your own backyard, all you really need to do is stop for groceries before hitting the road. All cookware and tableware is included, as is bedding and a wide array of camping gear. Pick Up and Drop Off
Rentals are Calculated on a 24-hour Basis: The rental period is generally considered to be 24 hours. If you pick up the van at 10 am, you’ll be expected to return it around 10 am. Most van owners can accommodate requests for a few extra hours at $20/hour. Alternatively, if you want to pick up in the morning and drop off in the evening, simply select the optional half day add-on when completing your reservation.
Pick Up and Drop Off Time: There is no set pick up and drop off time. You’ll make arrangements suited to your needs and schedule with the van’s owner. You can indicate your preferred pick up and drop off time when completing your reservation; final arrangements will be confirmed with the van’s owner.

Cancellation Policy
Standard cancellation policy: You can reschedule your trip one time in the same van with no penalty up to 48 hours prior to the rental. Requests to reschedule a trip a second time will incur a 5% rescheduling fee. You can cancel your reservation for a full refund, less a 5% service fee, up to 14 days prior to the rental. If you cancel less than 14 days prior to the rental, you will receive a refund for 50% of the rental fee. Cancellations must be made in writing. We are unable to offer refunds for shortened trips if for some reason (e.g. weather, change in schedule) you return the vehicle early. If we cancel the reservation you will receive a full refund.
One-way trip cancellation policy: One-way trips cannot be rescheduled. You can cancel your reservation for a full refund, less a 5% service fee, up to 30 days prior to the rental. If you cancel 15 – 29 days prior to the rental, you will forfeit 100% of the one-way fee and receive a full refund on the remaining reservation line items, less a 5% service fee. If you cancel less than 14 days prior to the rental, you will forfeit 100% of the one-way fee and receive a refund for 50% of the remaining rental fees. Cancellations must be made in writing.
