Meet Trip Van Winkle, a Mercedes Sprinter, lovingly built in Denver, Co. With low mileage, and regular service, she is ready to take you on your adventure without interruption.

Exterior: The exterior gives you extra stealth with the windows of a passenger van, which also provides 360 degree views. Privacy window coverings and curtain are also included for privacy.

Comfort: Outfitted with a Maxxfan, and a diesel heater, your comfort in most weather is assured.

Bedroom: She sleeps two in full size bed, with the option of a tent, and two sleeping pads for bringing along your adventure buddies, or put your two little ones inside under the bed.

Kitchen: 1 burner Butane Stove w/ 1 Butane canister, A foot pump water system and sink, and 14 gallons of clean water are provided, an ice cooler, as well as all the kitchen supplies you need for cooking on your adventure are included in the van.

Bath (optional): A Dometic portapotty , as well as a simple outdoor shower system can be included for your comfort on your adventure.

Liquor store, dispensary, grocery store = $150 service fee + reimbursement for items purchased.)

Hop in and Go

All vans are considered “road trip ready.” Whether you are flying in from out of town or looking to explore your own backyard, all you really need to do is stop for groceries before hitting the road. All cookware and tableware is included, as is bedding and a wide array of camping gear. You’ll be sent a detailed list of all the items included in the van before your trip so you can plan accordingly. Select any of the optional add-ons listed below when completing your reservation.

Book Your Trip

Pick Up and Drop Off

Rentals are Calculated on a 24-hour Basis: The rental period is generally considered to be 24 hours. If you pick up the van at 10 am, you’ll be expected to return it around 10 am. Most van owners can accommodate requests for a few extra hours at $20/hour. Alternatively, if you want to pick up in the morning and drop off in the evening, simply select the optional half day add-on when completing your reservation.

Pick Up and Drop Off Time: There is no set pick up and drop off time. You’ll make arrangements suited to your needs and schedule with the van’s owner. You can indicate your preferred pick up and drop off time when completing your reservation; final arrangements will be confirmed with the van’s owner.

Location

Insurance

Insurance coverage includes $1 million in liability to the renter, $1 million in liability to the van owner, and comp and collision coverage up to $125,000. Coverage costs $32.50/day and is required as part of the rental.

Roadside Assistance

We make 24-hour roadside assistance available for $15 a day. Coverage includes unlimited: towing, flat tire assistance, emergency fluids delivery, battery boost, and a mobile mechanic. Many van owners require 24-hour roadside assistance as part of the rental. Where coverage is mandatory, you must either purchase our policy, or show proof of comparable coverage (such as AAA PLUS or PREMIER).

Mileage

125 miles per day is included in every rental. Additional miles are charged at 35 cents per mile. For example, on a four-night rental, you will have 500 free miles. If you traveled 600 miles, you would pay an additional $35 at the end of your trip.

Security Deposit

You’ll pay a security deposit of $1,000 - $1500 (vehicle dependent) two days before your rental starts. The security deposit is returned, less any additional fees, usually no more than 7 days after you return.

  • Cancellation Policy

    You can reschedule your reservation without penalty. You can cancel the vehicle for a full refund, less a 5% service fee, up to 14 days prior to the rental. If you cancel less than 14 days prior to the rental, you will receive a refund for 50% of the rental fee. Cancellations must be made in writing.

    We are unable to offer refunds for shortened trips if for some reason (e.g. weather, change in schedule) you return the vehicle early.
